My beautiful bride, Kristine, and I are just back from the lovely island of Kaua'i. I've brought back new music, new soul, new inspiration, new joy and new memories. Look for new initiatives in 2006 including ukulele music (I couldn't help bringing one back from the island).
Our amazing friend Trevor McKeown was his usual kind and generous spirit in Vancouver and it was truly wonderful to be reunited with my daughter, Ifny, after her years in Japan.
Good luck to Rob Hunter and his cool band, 867, who are playing New Year's Eve in Whitehorse at the Blue Moon Saloon. Krissy and I will be in the Songbird Lounge. Bob Blakley almost made it in from Edmonton for that one!
On a sadder note, David Gillmor, our friend and colleague has been missing from Whitehorse for over a month. If anyone has any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact us as soon as possible.
